From this session, the student is expected to:

• Know what is sustainability in management and in project management

• Understand what is sustainability at society level, corporate level, project level

• Know what are the key elements to take into account in a project and in a project management

• Be able to adapt a business strategy and activities while protecting and sustaining the human and natural resources

• Be able to balance or harmonize social, environmental and economic interests

• Be able to develop indicators for incorporating the concept of sustainability in project management processes and reporting
